As a senior HR & Admin management professional with over 10 years of experience in implementing best practices and building successful HR & General Services departments; I would like to work with your company and add value to operations in a challenging senior managerial role. Earlier associated as Director of HR & Operations with Young Arab Leaders – DIFC, Dubai, UAE; I was involved in managing administrative aspects related to conducting annual salary survey, developing manpower plans to fill up vacancies through recruitment and promotions across the labour market; aligning compensation and benefits policies to organizational standards for enhancing employee satisfaction and managing attrition. I was also responsible for guiding departmental heads in resolving issues related to understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures; functioning as point of contact between the management and employees pertaining to resolving queries, work-related issues as well as interpreting and administering contracts.
