● Report to IRD operation manager. ● Prepare monthly reports on the performance of the outlet. ● Handling the Service staff with trainings and daily job responsibilities. ● Check the stocks of inventory for In-Room Dining and Mini Bar. ● Ensure the quality and efficiency of food and beverage service. ● Ensure the amenities for the guest rooms, suites and VVIP guest requirements. ● Review the profit and loss statement of the outlet and draw up action plans. ● Plan and organize various food festivals, promotions or special occasions. ● Manage staff performance, identify their training needs and address their grievances and counseling issues. ● Estimate food and beverage costs. Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste. ● Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service. ● Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service. ● Ensure that all the operational standards set for all the equipments & processes are followed.
