1 Greet the guest when he came into the hotel/restaurant.
2 Suggest food & beverage to the guest and also try to up sell.

4 Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
5 Maintaining proper dining experience, fulfilling guest needs, offering dessert and drink, removing courses, replenishing utensil.
6 Responsible for guest satisfaction, maintenance of service standards.
7 Take guest feedback/comment card when he finished the food.
8 Maintain all forms and formats according to Radisson standard.
9 All day by day store request according to events requirement e.g. Beverage store, Dry store.
