    Front Desk Agent • Responsible for checking in and checking out guests in a friendly and professional manner, approximately 60 – 65 on our busiest day. • Consult guests with our 24-hour shuttle service to the Miami Airport to enhance their experience. • Organize airport crew schedule to the hotel schedule. Block and advise about the rooms that are for the airport crew • Listen and assist with guest situations such as having problems with reservation, housekeeping, and more by utilizing entrepreneurship skills and management when needed. • Block and prepare packets for our groups that come in the hotel. Around 6 groups per month that we organize. Front Desk Supervisor • Take payment for all prepaid reservations before the guest checks in. • Block all of our IHG Members in the correct room type and if available give higher members complimentary upgrades to our executive rooms. • Assist and Train any of our employees in how to do their work effective if needed. • Block and create packets for any groups that will be staying with us, so that our check in with them is more effective. Night Audit Sales & Reservations Associate • Work with Delphi in assistant with making bookings and making BEO for future meetings in the hotel. • Check third party websites to create or cancel guest reservations. Keep in constant contact to see if any changes are made. • Create rooming list for groups and airline crews for the days that they are arriving to the hotel to have a reservation available to them. • Make new reservations for guest and assist them with method of payments or direct billing.
