Job Responsibility: HR & Admin: Assisting the Group HR Manager with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department. Creating new accounts in payroll system for new joiners and keep updating time to time, to keep all the records up to date. Generate & upload WPS file to the bank portal for salary processing. Best practice of Microsoft Navision, ERP, PMS & Facts system Reward and Recognition: Driving employee engagement initiatives Conceptualize and roll out employee welfare and wellness activities Improve the existing R&R framework Communication & Best Practice: Work along with Corporate Communication team for effective branding and awareness about the organization Conduct best practice knowledge sharing sessions on various platforms Arrange town halls, business forums, focused group discussions as appropriate Learning and Development: Planning and implementation of training programs as per organizational needs Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions/training vendors for effective training interventions.
