    Job Responsibility: HR & Admin:  Assisting the Group HR Manager with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department.  Ensure accurate and timorously recording of all HR schedules, e.g. remuneration and benefits, leave, visa related information, monthly reports, performance appraisals, life insurance and medical insurance, etc.  Communicate with third parties (Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Labour Department, Immigration, Banks and Employment agents)  Assist to update and maintain employee policies and procedures manual.  Drafting various letters e.g. no objection letters, salary certificates & transfer letter etc.  Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.  Attend to employee’s queries as and when they arise ensuring company policy is adhered to at all times.  Working closely with labour department, immigration and DIFC Free zone.  Managing staff accommodation. Recruitment & Onboarding:  Screening profile, interviewing, organize interviews with line Manager for various departments.  Advising and assisting other Managers in applying sound recruitment and selection practices, and appropriate induction, training and development programs.  Co-ordinate with consultancy for overseas hiring, selection, on-boarding & induction of management trainees,  Formulate the talent development & management strategy in consultation with different business leaders.  Monitoring employment costs and productivity levels.  Formulating & forecasting Manning and Budget.  Skill assessment for the succession planning to retain top talent.  Issuing Offer letter & Contract Letter to the shortlisted candidates.  Working closely with PRO to take Work Permits, Visas, medicals for visa stamping & occupational health cards, Emirates Id etc.  Monitor, updating and recording manpower movement within the company. Payroll:  Manage and consolidate all timesheets and Bio attendance from Oracle, TAS & manual.  Update leaves, Absents, OT, Incentives, and Deduction in the system.  Creating new accounts in payroll system for new joiners and keep updating time to time, to keep all the records up to date.  Generate & upload WPS file to the bank portal for salary processing.  Best practice of Microsoft Navision, ERP, PMS & Facts system Reward and Recognition:  Driving employee engagement initiatives  Conceptualize and roll out employee welfare and wellness activities  Improve the existing R&R framework Communication & Best Practice:  Work along with Corporate Communication team for effective branding and awareness about the organization  Conduct best practice knowledge sharing sessions on various platforms  Arrange town halls, business forums, focused group discussions as appropriate Learning and Development:  Planning and implementation of training programs as per organizational needs  Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions/training vendors for effective training interventions.  Assess training needs as per the competency and the skill set and design the training modules  Focused competency development programs and career roadmap programs delivery for the new joiners.
