My mission was to increase traffic and brand image by implementing a new marketing strategy that had been presented to the board, a few of my responsibilities were to co ordinate effectively my team of 10, target / contact and present our business to all large tour operators on the island, maintain and tighten relationships with operators, co ordinate promotion team, media buying / preparation and monitoring, finding and building new channels to bring in new business.
