I am flying out to Doha on 28th December so will be available for face to face interviews and immediate start after this date, if successful.

Hugely experienced, multi award wining Food & Beverage specialist in both hotel and restaurant environments. General Manager for over ten years of UK celebrity chef, Rick Stein's, businesses including the prestigious Seafood Restaurant, 6 other restaurants, 40 bedrooms, cookery school and 4 retail outlets with £15m annual sales.

Experienced project and pre-opening manager,including the £3m refurbishment of the Seafood Restaurant. Subsequent role of pre-opening Operations Director of the Great Northern Hotel, a £40m redevelopment of the oldest UK railway hotel in Kings Cross, London.

Currently Director of Food & Beverage (consultant) at the Tower Hotel, London overseeing operations, including M & E with £12m annual sales. Project Manager for refurbishment of F & B outlet (circa £1m project) developing concept and liaising with .,external contractors and internal stakeholders.

Currently non executive Director of Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall (since 2014).

My wife is moving to Qatar to work for Al Jezeera so I will have sponsorship to work as a "local hire".
