Experienced project and pre-opening manager,including the £3m refurbishment of the Seafood Restaurant. Subsequent role of pre-opening Operations Director of the Great Northern Hotel, a £40m redevelopment of the oldest UK railway hotel in Kings Cross, London.
Currently Director of Food & Beverage (consultant) at the Tower Hotel, London overseeing operations, including M & E with £12m annual sales. Project Manager for refurbishment of F & B outlet (circa £1m project) developing concept and liaising with .,external contractors and internal stakeholders.
