During this internship, I learnt to open/ close the spa, took reservations following the Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards, assisted clients, dealt with complaints, handled payments, and was in charge of selling the spa's reputable Cinq Mōndes products. A sense of responsibility has been also given to me, which is crucial in today's leadership. Upon completion of this internship, I gained experience in customer service, management, and sales technique. Moreover, this experience allowed me to further develop my multi-tasking, communication, and organization skills.
