About me

Throughout my 10+ years of experience in the hospitality Industry and 2+ years at PONANT, a French cruise line - world leader in luxury expeditions. as a Front Desk Attendant/Receptionist.

I was responsible for ensuring that all customer queries, issues, and complaints were resolved to the satisfaction of guests. This role required balancing multiple tasks within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, often on my own. I was also responsible for the training and supervision of new reception staff.

In addition, I worked three years as Head of Logistic and Assistant of Events, I have developed a range of communication skills and developed excellent leadership and management skills.

I speak Italian (native language), English, French & Spanish fluently and Portuguese (conversational).
