About me

I have a real passion for travelling, discovering new places, new cultures, learning new languages, meeting people from all around the world and building up my social network and self-confidence.

I have discovered my passion for hospitality in highschool, and since then I have decided to pursue a career in hotels. I enjoy working in Front Desk, as I like building rapport with guests, developing teamwork and communication skills. Recently, I have shifted my focus on learning more about Guest Relations and Concierge, as I truly enjoy interacting with guests, providing them with recommendations and suggestions, and solving any enquiries or complaints.

As a long-term goal, I am looking to climb up the ladder and progress to a more supervisory/management role within the Front Desk area. I am also keen on developing my skills as a Guest Relations Supervisor/ Manager.
