  • Housekeeping Soft Service Supervisor

    Takes final responsibility for the timely delivery of cleaning and housekeeping services within the client’s facilities. Provide leaderships and direction to all cleaning supervisors and contractors. Coordinate with the cleaning and contractors to ensure housekeeping schedule are adhered to. Liaise with other departments and customer’s representative to provide timely housekeeping management support whenever it is require, including during events. Be responsible for mobilizing housekeeping contractors to attend client’s cleaning needs, including scheduled and urgent needs. Observe and ensure that cleaning contractors comply with the terms and conditions and scope of services. Inspect the internal and external premises/areas frequently to monitor the cleaning progress and ensure that the cleaning service meet the required of the client’s standard. Regularly inspect the contractor equipment used to ensure good operating condition and avoid interruption in service. Frequently visit and inspect work undertaken by the contractor to ensure only approved pesticides and other chemical are used. Regularly checking of the stock of cleaning materials, toilet amenities in order to maintain the adequate supplies. Responsibility for monitoring and ensuring PPM and CM works are completed in accordance with the plan and onsite requirements. Updating work completion in the CAFM system. Assist in conducting regular audit. Maintain the standard operating procedures in cleaning, sanitary disposal and waste management. Assist in the development of specifications for the provision of pest control services. Take charge of any special events and ensure to initiate the need for additional tasks and arrange to be completed by taking responsibility of the task personally and ensuring that it is rectified and recorded in the correct manner.
