In my current position, I’m responsible for the staff shifts and their training about hygiene; I negotiate with vendors and I prepare the orders; I’m responsible for hygiene and safety; I receive the clients and I create the menu with them. I focus on food, beverage and labor cost. During the service I work mainly in the kitchen. I describe myself as a resilient person, humble and curious. Some of my strengths are a strong efficiency in problem solving and the ability to learn quickly. I feel comfortable working alone or in a team.
