Since 3 years my job is Front Office Supervisor who maintain a professional working environment in Front Office departments and fulfill a variety of job functions, such as training employees and assigning tasks, solving problems, implementing procedures, providing customer service, and reporting to company managers.

    I participated as a pre-opening core team since May 2016 till now with the following tasks: • Reporting to RDM for coordinating Pre-Opening operations. • Managing a team consisting of 14 ladies and gentlemen of different nationalities. • Successfully accomplished the pre-opening and grand opening. • Complete set up of the department to the last detail in terms of Front Office. • Assisted to Develop Local Standard Operating Procedures for the entire department. • Reviewed, sourced and ordered operating supplies and equipment for the department in line with the operating standards. • Assisted to develop a detailed Guest Services Directory and in room Entertainment Directory. • Developed the VIP program for the Hotel. • Developed departmental folders and formats. • Developed glitch recovery program for the resort. • Assisted to develop upselling program. • Involved in set up and training of the team on the Property Management System. • Developed Training Modules for the department... • Complete training of the team to be ready in time for resort opening. • Involved in implementation of a unique ‘Express Check out concept. and after opening I led team of 7 persons from different nationalities, my task is Ensure Outstanding customer care at all times, Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures, Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation, Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service, Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guests preferences and special requests, ensure Front office log book and hotel log book is always updated and auctioned upon, I’m replacing the night manager in his weekly and yearly vacation as well.
