I am Shihalini Rajaratnam, Manager – Front Office at Amari Havodda Maldives, a five star luxury resort in Paradise. I have been functioning in my current role since August 2016.
I started my career in Banking, moved on to Marketing and Communications supporting the software industry, and thereafter moved on to the hospitality industry in 2010. This made me recognize my passion for hospitality and I intend to follow the pathway to be a successful General Manager in the near future.
The Hospitality Industry of The Maldives taught me to deal with guests from all over the world. Each day is interesting and new and I ensure my team and I stay happy and hospitable.
