Currently i am working with Cinnamon Lake Side Colombo as Guest services manager and following a MBA in tourism and hospitality management with Asia E university attached to Thames college, Nugegoda. I have four years of experience working as a Front office Supervisor and Guest service manager over Anantara (UAE) and Cinnamon (LK). During this time, I created schedules, assigned tasks, ran sales reports and performed all other managerial duties. While the main duties remain the same. I know how to present myself with authority to gain the respect of the guest while still providing outstanding customer service.

I have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to help create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
