My name is Simone Fondi and I would like to write few words for explain my motivations for a new job. I left my job in Rome as a restaurant manager and for the last period a food and beverage manager because I would like to have a job abroad that can give me the opportunity to increase my knowledge in this sector and improve myself. I'm living in Bali now and i'm searching the right place and the correct job that can give me what i'm looking for, i mean a place where to work with professionalism , passion and dedication. My past experiences give me a lot of that but for personal grow it is important sometimes experience the things from another perspective and make a change.
I know exactly what does it mean be part of a team, working together with passion, respect and harmony for reach common objectives as quality of the service, respect for the environment and customer satisfaction. Passion and attention to what the client needs are two of my principles in what I believe.
Like you can read, I feel very motivated to be part of a new team for share knowledge, culture and the passion for the hospitality industry.
