My name is Simone Rossini, I am 23 and I actually live in Sicily for a seasonal job like pastry chef. I am well suited to work in team and I maintain concentration and skill even under pressure. Thanks to my past work experience and ALMA school I have developed spirit of observation and manual technique and I am always ready to know and learn new things about pastry. I also have knowledge of pastry history and culture, sensory analysis and food safety.

    I am working as pastry chef de partie in an agricaltural farm that open an hotel in 2005 with few rooms and a traditional sicilian restaurant but at the same time very innovative.
