My name is Simone Rossini, I am 23 and I actually live in Sicily for a seasonal job like pastry chef. I am well suited to work in team and I maintain concentration and skill even under pressure. Thanks to my past work experience and ALMA school I have developed spirit of observation and manual technique and I am always ready to know and learn new things about pastry.
