(1) Best Jumeirah Intern F&B - 2010 to 2011
(2) Developed festive season promotions for city residents.
Developed and implemented standard operating procedures for service delivery (F&B) in both lounges.
(3) Developed training sessions for colleagues such as - sequence of service, hygiene as per the Municipality, receiving, storing, and labelling (FIFO), grooming, service mannerism through proper language both vocal and body.
(4) Responsible for setting up and maintaining the social media platform, which resulted in both restaurants becoming the “Top Rated Indian Restaurants in RAK” as well as number 5 and 12 in the overall restaurant ratings out of 366 restaurants in Ras Al Khaimah.
(5) Responsible for driving all the online and offline marketing activities to increase a la carte sales.
(6) Increased sales for Al Safina Indian Restaurant by 44% from October 2015 onwards by concentrating on the monthly meals market, serving 450 meals daily.
(7) Instrumental in getting Al Safina Indian Restaurant awarded the TripAdvisor’s 2015 and 2016 “Certificate of Excellence”.
(8) Reduced operating expenses by 12.8% by streamlining the purchasing process and increased buying power by combining the selected suppliers for both restaurants.
(9) Developed and implemented loyalty program for FIVE Palm Jumeirah, FIVE Life.
(10) With assistance of Opera DXB tech team developed and implemented Micros POS loyalty platform, RewardsPro.
(11) Researched and implemented new restaurant reservations system for FIVE Palm Jumeirah.
