• Making sure all guest orders are properly delivered. • Discussing about the monthly budgets, sales targets, and guest feedbacks and distributing the daily tasks to the servers. • Taking daily briefings with the servers and planning the daily work operations. • Coordinating with the out-let manager about the daily and monthly stocks of room service. • Training the servers about food hygiene and service standards of the hotel. • Making daily revenue and sales reports of room service. • Taking care of guest issues in room service and making guest logs. • Planning the service of all VIP amenities and delivering in the respective rooms on time. • Doing monthly inventory of all the operational supplies and also the cutleries, crockery’s.
