Develop and implement effective selling strategies and tactics for all revenue streams based on demand forecast • Development of revenue initiatives in close co-ordination with Commercial functions • Identify revenue opportunities across all drivers of revenue – revenue management, sales, loyalty, marketing and brands • Analyze Revenue Performance by market (country, region, city, etc) in order to identify trends, develop solutions and implementation • Facilitate collection and analysis of performance data • Business trend analysis and deployment of resources within the various drivers of revenue. • Manage all aspects of competitor intelligence to evaluate the hotel’s position on pricing per product/per service/per square meter • Management of rooms/covers/space inventory, the yield hurdle points; distribution channels, market segmentation mix; acceptance/denial and pricing of groups bookings. •
