Later I was able to support the Floor supervisors checking the rooms and all the public areas. Ho affiancato le cameriere ai piani, i facchini, i supervisor ai piani e il room division manager per poter apprendere ogni aspetto del settore. Ho dunque avuto modo di apprendere le procedure di pulizia e di controllo delle camere, degli spazi comuni e degli standard richiesti.
