    - Managing the set-up and the implementation of Blindtex Franchising. - Identifying Blindtex Franchising opportunities and partners jointly with for regional and global markets. - Providing Franchise Business Planning Models and driving the decision process, to support ongoing and timely expansion. - Leveraging existing regional and country Retail Back Office Teams to support new Franchise openings, new markets, and new formats as required. - Setting the necessary objectives, strategies, and tactics including translation into action and business growth plans. - Negotiation and implementing action plans covering price adjustments, terms, and conditions (contracts’ negotiation where necessary). - Planning and selecting the range (Merchandise Assortment Plan) with Marketing and ensuring pre- and re-order buying account marketing activities in coordination with the Category Merchandising teams. - Monitoring sales and achieving targets whilst analyzing sales data to assess new commercial opportunities for driving growth for partner and brand. - Communicating the brand direction to franchise partners to ensure all retail principles, store layouts, recruitment/training of team members and the overall brand proposition meet the brand standards. - Establishing strategic objectives for each sub-market/region using the levers of margin, price and brand and setting and achieving demanding sales, service and profit targets. - Ensuring a reliable and cost efficient supply of merchandise and responsiveness to requests and complaints of the Customers. - Partnering and working closely with trade marketing team to develop an integrated and consistent retail marketing & promotional calendar for the franchise channel.
