People Train team members with the agreed service standard in compliance with brand standards & SOP’s. Ensure the Logistic teams are briefed and educated about H&S and meeting room set up’s. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Ensure appropriate staffing levels based on guest volume. Interact with outside contacts: Guests, Vendors, and other contacts as needed. Assist management with team members job chats, performance reviews and create tailor made development plans for team members. Educate and train all team members in compliance with local laws and safety regulations.
