As an intern I did a cross-training in the hotel's different F&B outlets that included the bar, fine dining restaurant, buffet restaurant, room service and banqueting. My duties in every outlet consisted of: - Bar: order taking, preparation of beverages, food and drink delivery, maintenance of the bar - Fine Dining Restaurant: table setting, order taking, delivery of excellent guest service - Buffet restaurant: organisation of breakfast and lunch, buffet management, delivery excellent guest service - Room Service: daily department operations, delivery of excellent guest service - Banqueting: organisation of events from set up to progress.
