My name is Thagendra Nepali a resident of Nepal and I am 35 years old. I am a hospitality professional who has been in hospitality industry since one and half decade ever since I completed intermediate in 2002, I have started my career in 2003 from Hotel Royal Inn Rajkot as a trainee waiter and currently I have been working as a Resort Manager for SAMA Resorts & Spa In Sultanate of Oman. I solute this industry and love to work, I like meeting different culture and nationality people, my biggest joy is treating people with best possible stay, food, services and facilities with very strong value of what they spent. I am highly passionate about sharing fun and making them happy and assuring their stay as a memorable occasion; at the same time my biggest embarrassment is leaving people unsatisfied from my floor.
I like and respect art of cooking, as cooking is an art and art is whole about homework, daily practice, innovation, day by day experiment against your knowledge and experience and more importantly while someone who cooks with love and interest and ensures that expectations of the digital aged customers he/she is real time chef as far as my concern about art of cooking.
Service it is also an art and it is the simplest art in the world if you are willing to ensure wonderful hospitality & experience who visits you, for an example offering a cushion to a pregnant lady is the job of common sense but it makes huge differences & huge impact on your service philosophy or else you can be a robot who just follow up the commands.
