    Primary Duties & Responsibilities: o Welcome Guests during check-in and giving a fond farewell to guest while Check-out. o Handling Guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely. o Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery. o Preparing the Duty Mangers Reports- Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism Dirham Report) o Manage the preparation of special statistical reports that may be required by management. o Take telephone queries and reservations in a friendly and polite manner. o Review the departure report and act on any guests that have not checked out; o Follow departmental policies in relation to extensions, no shows and room changes and Check arrivals and highlight special arrivals emphasizing those VIP arrivals. o Managing the hiring, training and appraisal of Front Office personnel as part of an effort to build an efficient team and to take an active interest in their individual development and welfare. o Reviewing and approving all the relevant supporting documents of the day’s transactions. o Managing the duties and responsibilities of all the Reception team. o Manage all communication with guests and ensure satisfaction at time of check out and monitor all packages and faxes for guest and divert same to guest room.
