My specific task is to manage the finances and office administration of the Ithala Game reserve-Ntshondwe Resort under KwaZulu-Natal provincial gorvenment entity eZemvelo KZNWildlife, thereby ensuring that accurate Budgetary, expenditure and revenue information is kept for inclusion in the Financial Statements in compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury regulations and eZemvelo policies and procedures.

• Own department that manage the finances including payroll and office administration of Ithala Ntshondwe resort in compliance. With EKZNW policies and procedures and the PFMA. • Develop budgetary controls in compliance with PFMA and organisational requirements. • Ensure that budgetary controls are being adhered to in the department. • Monitor expenditure against budget. • Process purchase orders on SAP. • Process requests for payment on SAP. • Reconcile the First Auto Fleet account. • Reconcile the Corporate Card Statements and Cash. • Reconcile General Ledger account. • Reconcile all private staff expenditure for processing against salaries. • Maintain control of the fixed asset register for the department. • Fixed asset verification and enter all additions, disposals and movement of assets into the fixed asset register. • Reconcile and Record all revenue received for the department on a spreadsheet for recording by the finance department. • Daily banking of all revenue from curio shop, restaurant, front desk and gate cash up. • Liaise with G4S for cash collection weekly. • Attend to all Ntshondwe Resort payroll related queries. • Check all Staff claims and forward to HR department timeously. • Month-end reports including Apex revenue, Debtors, Stock on Hand, fuel, complementary accommodation and prepare Third party invoice. • Liaise with internal Auditors and Auditor General. • Staff management duties while Resort Manager is on time off or leave.
