    During my first year in school, I got to train in a buffet restaurant that serves up to more than 300 students every day, subject such as food safety, kitchen management, and nutrition were also covered. Basic pastry classes were also taught. I trained in two different fine-dining kitchens during my second year and subjects such as introduction to wine and spirits, advanced pastry classes were given management classes were taught for second-year students. The final year was focused on chocolate classes, food development, business plan, wine and food pairing, and most importantly the event management which the class has to organize a real event for students and teachers in the school and I was the service manager for the event.
