my name is Tiziana Gulino,
I’m 30 years old and I come from Italy.
I am a receptionist with 5 years qualified experience gained within luxury hotels and 4 stars as well.

    I'm working now In two these Hotels, they belomgs to the same company and this here as Front Office Manager has been a new experience, which taught a lot of resposabilities for me. Is it very special if someone is pleased to come in the same hotel for a second time, is it one of the biggest proud you could receive from your job. There is the resposability of housekeeping dpt, breakfast dpt and for the whole stay as well.

Welcomed guest assisted groups or individual with check-in/check-out process in general and through OTA such as Booking or Expedia, using the software system “Geina”. Managed walk-in reservations, showing rooms available and bargaining price of entire stay. Assisted guests to arrange leisure activities nearby the village (spa, restaurants, excursions, theatre tickets, transportations, local events and attractions),ensuring to receive a positive on-line reviews of transaction. Prepared check out receipts/invoices, pending invoices to agency and collected payments ensuring cash register balanced. Cash management. Room service and breakfast service whether necessary. Coordinated little conferences in meeting space area ensuring the right process of the event.
