I have 10+ years experience and background in airline catering operations and have acquired a wide knowledge and experience of in-flight catering operations in Finland's largest in-flight catering unit at Helsinki Airport. Bachelor of Hospitality Management studies in Haaga-Helia UAS, has given also a strong theoretical knowledge of sales and marketing and the travel and tourism industry.     • Taking care of the daily communication with the outstation (OS) caterers and other suppliers and provide instructions, updates and handle and solve deviations • Updating information in Crew Info System on behalf of OS • Following up reports and feedback from other stakeholders regarding OS • Monitoring and documenting the performance of OS caterers and the effectiveness of the corrective actions • Supporting in quality assessment of the OS caterers • Supporting in ramp-up / ramp-down of the catering services on Finnair outstations • Monitoring the OS equipment logistics and inventories • Arranging more equipment to outstations if needed • Arranging excess equipment from outstations back to home base in Helsinki • Supporting in building-up of Outstation Manual • Participating in relationship management of OS caterers • Selecting new in-flight menus, and updating current menus • Monitoring prices and total costs of in-flight catering from outstations
