It is only fair we back that purchase up with top-notch customer service and sales support from the moment we receive your order, during the production process, up to the delivery of the goods as well as offering post-sale services whenever needed. • KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - Manage the entire order processing cycle, proactive planning schedule, post-sale services, dispatch requests and complaint handling for Huhtamaki LLC Dubai and her daughter company: Positive Packaging United FZCo, our key account client in the UAE. I also do same for 29 clients in the UAE, 18 in Sri Lanka, 7 in Africa and 3 in Mauritius. • INTER-COMPANY ORDER MANAGEMENT – Serve as the link between Ti Germany and Dubai by processing and managing their orders, requests, complaints, dispatches and inquiries. • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - Partner with the sales representatives to build new and strengthen existing client relationships. • PAYMENT & TERMS OF PAYMENT – Make sure clients abide by agreed payment terms. Ensure bank documents are acknowledged, proforma invoices are drafted and LC terms are screened and confirmed. Work closely with the accounts dept. to ensure client's statements are sent to them periodically, payments are made on time and overall exposure is managed. • CLAIM & COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT – Work with the technical services dept. to resolve technical and non-technical claims efficiently due to product and service non-conformance. • PLANNING & PRODUCTION - Liaise closely with the planning dept. to strategically source and process orders to get them produced in the best time frame possible. • LOGISTICS – Coordinate the dispatch and collection of materials for domestic and overseas clients making sure Incoterms are adhered to and relevant documentation is in order.
