After my experiences in Hotel Resort in Malta and a boutique hotel in India, I have decided to specialize in tourism and event management. at Skema Business School. This program confirmed my choice to start my career in tourism. Recently, I have finished my contract at the Westin Paris Vendôme and I'm currently looking for a job opportunity.

My values:

    I participated and assisted the Front Of House Director on the BIG 4 project. BIG 4 is a worldwide change management project supervised by Marriott International which consist of merging the systems from Starwood and Marriott groups. The Westin Paris Vendôme have faced several change and challenge during my missions period. We have implemented a new loyalty program, reservation platform system, Opera PMS etc. My main role was to ensure a smooth transition during the change and merge from Starwood Hotels to Marriott International hotels. Project Task: - Receive and communicate informations shared during webinar wtih the Front of House department - Implement and Train associates on a new operational tool (EMPOWER : GXP) - Create and Update Manual - Organise process (Chat, Report, Customer request etc.) - Support Front of house department on administration and IT operation - Report and Solve incidents by communicating with IT Manager, Oracle support, Headquarter support etc. Others Task - Organise reception service management - Update process & documents (Match with Brand Audit) - Communicate with internal & external customers - Assist the reception service director in her daily work (ex: Tripadvisor reply, planning etc.) - Set up innovative project & action plan.
