I am a young pastry Chef graduated at ALMA, the international School of Italian Cuisine. After taking a degree at Politecnico of Milan in Architectural design, I decided to follow my real passion and to attend courses at ALMA. Firstly, I completed the Pastry Techniques Course and afterward I attended the Advanced Pastry Course. I had the chance to study not only the essential technique for this discipline, but also the nutritional and chemical aspects of pastries with their components.I am very interested in the way traditional pastry can be revisited allowing people with particular food preferences or allergy to enjoy it all, such as vegetarian, vegan,or celiac people. I consider myself as a creative person and I have a strong passion for crafting. I love travelling and to learn foreign languages.
