I am Vignesh and I belong to india. I am started my career before 2 years as an pastry cook and also a baker. My work experience I have done my implant training in Taj Madras flight catering for 4 months.one year in Hyatt regency . Due to my career development I am changed into le Meridien under Marriott property for one year .Here iam used to prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies,pies ,some chocolate works, meringue works. Breads such as sour dough,biga dough,poolish dough breads, variety of French breads and variety of breakfast rolls etc..
