I really like the challenge in order to improve my knowledge. I am highly motivated to make an international career. I have talent in customers relationships and I have an important experience in Luxury hospitality of 8 years. I have been working in all the service of the hotel.     I am actually working in luxury hotel in Neuchâtel as Events and seminar coordinator. This is five stars hotel Relais-Château. I have been learning to organised events and seminar. I have been learning to answers the request of the corporate customers. I have been working with many companies in different fields as the bank, the luxury company, the medical health care company and with the multi-national. I have been learning to elaborate the offer and to negotiate with the customers until the signed contract. I have been learning to organised the schedule in order to sell the appropriate events by following the customers expectations. I have been learning to manage the event department of the team.

    I have been working in Le Mirador Resort & spa which is luxury hotel Leading hotel of the world located in the area of Vevey. This is an absolutely stunning hotel with the most impressive view on the Leman lake. I have been working very hard in this experience and I was barman. The job was interesting however it was an experience with positive and negative experience. I have been learning a lot during the hard times of this summer periods. It was truly hard because the terrace was absolutely huge. I was working also in table service.

    The Ultima Gstaad was my favorite experience ever because it was my first luxury hotel opening experience. This experience make me improve a lot because I had lot of responsibilities. I was barman mixologist and my job was creating the best cocktails for the best customers. I have been working during this winter seasons in three different bar in the same hotel the lobby bar, the smoking bar and the spa bar. The three bars was absolutely different and the cocktails was impressive. In the three bars we elaborated new creative cocktails and we had the possibilities to work with the most exclusive products.

    The Palace the K2 is the most luxury hotel in Courchevel and it was my first impressive luxury experience. I have been had lot of pleasure to work the most passionated bartender I have ever known. They had absolutely fantastic skills and knowledge about the bartending, mixology. In the K2 I have been learning everything in the bartending such as luxury bartender apprentice. I have been learning all the cocktails and this was the most interesting experiences in terms of learning. This is the experience that I loved the most. The team spirit was excellent I have lot of respect for this hotel the K2 !!!

The chef made me improve a lot because I was working for the first time in the cook and pastry. I have been learning to cook and to set up the courses and the dessert and I was in charge of the hot parts garnish. In the pastry department i was helping the pastry chef to make some cake, macarons and i have been learning to make "pièce montée". This experience was hard, stressful but interesting.
