I am creative and enthusiastic ,hardworking chef with a passion of food and lots of experience working in busy restaurant and big banquet functions .at the age of 18, I came to Dubai and since then I have always know that begin in a kitchen ,preparing amazing food for the guest .is where I wanted to be .
I have worked in British ,German ,Italian and currently working in main kitchen for banquet where we do small and large functions which goes to 100pax to 1500 pax .and in new years eve we do 2000pax .i am very efficient and it was here that I developed a much more productive system of food prep. which was commended by chef de cuisine .
I am great at following orders and working as a part of team .but can step up to the plate to delegate and take charge when required .I believe my exceptional culinary expertise. Positive outlook and absolute passion for this industry .
