    FAIRMONT DUBAI SZR, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES 5* Business hotel in the heart of Dubai’s Financial District • Cin Cin, Cigar Bar & The Exchange Grill Operations Manager, main duties include: ⁃ Managing a team of 22 colleagues, 2 supervisors and one assistant manager for 2 bars and one restaurant. ⁃ Overlooking guest satisfaction and optimizing revenue generation for the floor, revenue centers being the highest generating throughout the division ⁃ Maintaining highest service standards and achieving adequate LQA scores. ⁃ Colleague development : Short & Long terms action planning • Allocated Micros Champion for the hotel, programmed the hotel’s new interface and created new menus, printing routes and others for all outlets • Heavy involvement in beverage management, including : weekly meetings with KAM, menu engineering and development, costings, contractual agreements, FOC and rebates management, trainings and stock management • Daily forecasting and expenses management, in depth P&L understanding • Monthly Cross-exposures in the various outlets of the hotel : Sports Bar, Sushi & Cafe, Turkish Shisha Lounge/Restaurant • Organizing monthly events in the bars to increase business levels • Revenue Profitability (REVpro) team member, generating ideas in outlets to maximize revenue and focus on top-line
