     Following the full operations for the existing Outlets in Dubai.  Responsible for overall operations- P & L – Revenue Management, spearheading a team of 120 members across 3 outlets  Setting up pre opening Teams, personally following up Design and Fit Up for the New Restaurants, Recruitment, Training, and Procurement. Sensibly increasing the popularity and Public Relations of the Brand.  To Maximize Revenues & Profitability of the F&B outlet & ensure Prompt, Accurate & Personalized Service to all Customers.  Implement Systems and Procedures that Achieve Higher Cost Efficiency and Guest Satisfactions System.  Data Gathering & Statistics, Preparing Reports & Identifying Channels of Improvement  Continuously improve upon Product and Services to maintain Highest Standards.  Handling the entire gamut of activities related to Vision – Value and Strategy – ensure revenue generation and enhance market share – visibility of the Brand  Monitoring and continued development of Food & Beverage controls.  Participate in service as necessary in accordance with restaurant needs  To recruit, train and develop a team which passionately delivers customer service excellence  To continuously monitor customer feedback and innovatively adapt the food and beverage as well as service offer, to maximize revenues.
