Holding both Engineering & Hospitality Master Degrees individual with total several years of international & Middle East (Dubai) experience in different roles within Hospitality Management (Housekeeping, Front Office) and Project Management (procurement, purchasing, fit-out, renovation & refurbishing of rooms, restaurants & bars, villas, pools & decks, etc.) within two luxurious 5 stars resorts in Dubai and two different hotels in The Netherlands.

Projects executed: - Banqueting Area Arabian Court full refurbishment - Banqueting Area The Palace full refurbishment - Olives all day dining restaurant full refurbishment plus complete renovation of terrace - Beach Bar & Grill restaurant full refurbishment plus renovation of terrace - Celebrities fine dining restaurant summer maintenance - Lobby Bar summer maintenance - Design and developing of sauna room and 2 steam rooms - Renovation of lobby, bell desk area, guest service area and reception of Arabian Court - Numerous smaller projects executed within two properties in Dubai

Project involved strategic planning and in-depth discussions; cooperation with designers, procurement companies, contractors, hotel staff & management; working with CAPEX, budget & cash-flow forecast; ability to carry out the upgrade of the rooms whilst 50% of the property still operating; opening of the Arabian Court after renovation process as scheduled. - Full renovation of 172 rooms and suites (Civil works, MEP works and Small works) - Resurfacing of ~1600 sqm Grand Arabian Court Pool & Pool Deck - Resurfacing of the fountain - Refurbishment of EauZone restaurant - Renovation of Rotisserie restaurant - Landscaping works throughout the Hotel - Banqueting area recarpeting & repainting
