About me

Zati Iman is a thriving young graduate from KDU University, Majoring In Baking & Pastry, whose currently working with Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur as a Kitchen Apprentice. The love towards pastry started from the age of 5, as she has always have this dream on being a pastry chef.

Knowing that the dream lives within, had her striving ahead towards culinary world as soon as she graduated from High School. Where she first enrolled into Diploma In Culinary Arts from Taylor's University. Graduating from Taylor's University with an Honourable Diploma, she started of with a part timing job at a start up cafe, The Parlour, Seremban.

In the midst of working over The Parlour, she decided to go back to college, enrolled herself in Bachelor In Culinary Arts Majoring in Baking & Pastry at KDU University College. Where she grasp all the knowledge given, passionately learning and being fully dedicated and committed to her love towards baking and pastry.

Soon, she went off to Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and started doing her 6 Months Internship. Where in the middle of her internship period, she was offered a full-time job. After 3 months of internship, she started her full-time job as a Kitchen Apprentice in Pastry Department with Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur till present.
