It is based on a unique study plan in Mexico, which allows students, on the one hand, to acquire professional knowledge of gastronomy in the classroom, and on the other hand, to apply it immediately under continuous and specialized supervision throughout their career.
The practical application is carried out during the first two years in the Learning Kitchens that have state-of-the-art technology, and the last two years, in the Nido facilities, the School Restaurant of the institution itself, which is open to the public. In addition to the four world cuisine specialties that are taken during the last semester.
