The SWISS Institute for Management & Hospitality (SWISS IM&H) ‘revitalization’ project’ has repositioned the brand in the digital era, with a firm focus on ‘Sustainability and the Environment’ within the Hospitality and Tourism curriculum. This new direction of the SWISS Institute was taken by the new CEO and Chief Culture Officer David Hailstones in 2019.
