For Estelle Davi, a District Manager who oversees 12 restaurants with combined annual revenue of €14 million, a “typical day” on the job does not exist. And just like her workdays, her job responsibilities are dynamic—she manages the product quality, financials, and human resources for each of her restaurants. She says the key to success in her job is maintaining a balance of humility and passion—knowing how to relate to employees and clients at every level, while staying true to the product itself.

At 25 years old, Estelle is the youngest District Manager in the company. She both recognizes and appreciates the chance that Compass took on her, as well as the enormous trust they placed in her.
