Sabrina Gottschalk Operations Manager, Leonardo Hotel Mönchengladbach

Sabrina started at the Leonardo Mönchengladbach in Germany as a reservations agent, moving her way up through the front office before landing the position of Operations Manager when Leonardo took over the property in 2013. She’s now responsible for everything going on in the 128-room hotel – from guest satisfaction to employee motivation.

Her favorite part about working for Leonardo Hotels? The opportunity for career growth offered by Leonardo Academy, an internal development program that Sabrina recently graduated from. There, she says, through customized trainings and courses, management can take note of employees’ personal commitments and recognize them.
