We are looking for a Sous Chef - Pastry based at Aberdeen Marina Club!

 

As a Sous Chef - Pastry, we rely on you to:

  • To ensure the efficiency of operations and synergy with other kitchens
  • Responsible for efficient control, stocking, dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen
  • Ensure that the service of food is completely to members satisfaction and to the standard required by the club and culinary management
  • Striving to delight our members and guests each and every time
  • Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and to align with company hygiene standard

 

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Form 5 or Certificate holder of Culinary Arts
  • Minimum 7 years relevant working experience in luxury hotel, with buffet/ coffee breads/ set meal experiences
  • Experience in cartoon cakes is an advantage
  • Strong supervisory skill, able to drive the mood and good sprit of the team
  • Creative, enthusiastic and service-oriented
  • Able to work with last minute guest request
  • Fair command of both spoken and written English
