MANSIONI:
All'interno del Ristorante 2* Michelin, sotto la supervisione del Maître, la risorsa si occupa di:
* gestire la mise en place dei tavoli e il servizio (pranzo, cena)
* accogliere la clientela
* prendere le comande
* consigliare nella scelta dei vini
* Svolgere attività giornaliere e di routine
* Supervisionare l'attività e promuovere la crescita professionale dei commis, assicurando sempre alti standard di servizio
* conoscere e promuovere l'offerta eno-gastronomica e la visione della casa
* gestire le relazioni con gli ospiti e con i colleghi, nel rispetto della filosofia del ristorante, sapendo reagire prontamente e con professionalità
* conoscere e applicare le normative relative alla sicurezza e all'haccp

REQUISITI:
* Diploma/Laurea
* Italiano e inglese fluenti
* Esperienza di almeno 2 anni maturata nel ruolo in ristoranti stellati, gourmet e/o Relais & Chateaux Completano il profilo: dinamicità e flessibilità, doti comunicative, orientamento al cliente e team working
* Referenze

OFFERTA:
* Contratto a tempo determinato di sei mesi (da subito) con possibilità di proroghe e/o assunzione
* CCNL Turismo. L'inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurati in base al profilo e all'esperienza
* Disponibilità full time da martedì sera a domenica a pranzo (in estate dal martedì sera a sabato sera). Ferie in agosto, chiuso a Pasqua, Natale e 31/12.
* Alloggio in condivisione



MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Inside the 2 * Michelin restaurant, under the supervision of the Chef de Rang, the resource deals with:
* manage the mise en place (lunch, dinner)
* welcome guests
* take the orders
* advise in the choice of wines
* Perform daily and routine activities
* Supervise the activity and promote the professional growth of the commis, always ensuring high standards of service
* know and promote the food and wine offer and the vision of the house
* managing relationships with guests and colleagues, respecting the restaurant's philosophy, knowing how to react promptly and professionally
* know and apply the safety and haccp regulations

SKILLS:
* Diploma/Degree
* Fluent Italian and English
* At least 2 years of experience gained in the role of starred restaurants, gourmet restaurants and/or Relais & Chateaux
* The profile is completed: dynamism and curiosity, customer orientation, communication and team working
* References

OFFER:
* Fixed-term contract of six months (from March 2019) with the possibility of extensions and/or permanent contract
* CCNL Tourism. The classification and remuneration will be commensurate according to profile and experience
* Full time availability from Tuesday evening to Sunday for lunch (in summer from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening). Holidays in August, closed at Easter, Christmas and 31/12
* Shared accommodation
