Join our team as a Restaurant Station Leader and you will be the valuable link between the Restaurant Supervisor and your Station’s team, and an integral part of the Restaurant staff. Be prepared to offer support to every member of a team that is committed to offering our guests the well-known pleasures of dining at KANIKA Hotels & Resorts.

As you share the responsibilities as well as the rewards, you will discover the satisfaction of working with colleagues who take pride in their collective performance and achievements.

What we expect from you:

  • To supervise the station’s pre-opening activities
  • To allocate duties of waiters, runners and bussers
  • To take food and beverage orders and ensure proper service in accordance with the hotel’s standard procedures
  • To ensure that guests receive the attention they deserve and make them feel welcome

   
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate from a High School or Technical School
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Character distinguished by courtesy and positive attitude towards customer service
  • A person who communicates well and has a genuine smile
  • EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
