Our office in Albufeira is one of the top European summer destinations. We currently have over 200 team members in our Portugal location, and we are looking to expand!

In this role, you will provide exceptional levels of service to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction across all arrivia brands

- Handle all inbound calls
- Identify the best margin opportunities on all calls, focusing on upgrade opportunities and selection of the most profitable itineraries and suppliers
- Maximize all opportunities by booking travel add-on products with every reservation
- Provide customer service to existing travel bookings
- Creating, tracking & following up on all leads
- Ensure that bookings are accurately completed


- Must be proficient in English
- Travel and cruise experience highly preferred
- 1+ years of sales/call center experience

Offer Details:
- Base salary + 2 extra months of salary
- Great sales incentives

- Food allowance (average of 150€/month)

- Due to COVID this position is temporarily remote and at a future date we will be returning to the office in Albufeira.
