To oversee and coordinate the daily running and duties of Concierge Services. To ensure that the concierge team are at all times updated with all knowledge and training to perform their daily tasks. To attend to guest inquiries, preferences and requests ensuring at all times that the best interest of the resort and the guest is prioritized. Have full knowledge and assist guests with reservations and information of resort activities, restaurants, spa and sales promotions. Have full knowledge of local sights, attractions, events, shopping, tours, activities and restaurants, have available maps and contact details in order to assist guests with any requests or interest they might have. Communicate or present confirmations and follow up communications to the guests regarding requested information

Requisitos

 Oversee and coordinate the daily tasks carried out by the concierge team, and ensuring the team adheres to resort standards and policies.
 Ensure the team attends to duty in correct uniform, well groomed and on time.
 Providing leadership and training required to maintain a staff committed to providing personalized service to all Resort guests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental standards and Atlantis The Palm practices, policies and procedures providing the highest level of service to guests.
 Oversees relationships with various internal key departments within the Resort Operations including support areas such as Finance, Payroll, Purchasing etc...
 Prepare and monitor scheduling of the concierge team according to daily resort requirements including annual vacation schedules
 Ensure all team members are fully trained and carry out on the job training for the team members.
 Attend daily operations meeting and ensure all information required is communicated to the team members.
 Have full knowledge of all resort services, activities, events and special promotions on a daily basis.
 Have full knowledge of all opening hours and services provided in all areas of the hotel including spa information, children facilities, restaurant menu styles, outdoor and waterpark facilities and services.
 Have solid knowledge of all local attractions, events, restaurants, shopping centers, distances and opening hours of the respective venues.
 Oversee and ensures that contracted partners for guest services and activities are adhering to resort standards.
 Have complete knowledge of the concierge database, how to search information, print information and follow up on requested information as per resort standards.
 Have all information of the entire resort and be able to coordinate and assist with guided tours for individual guests, visitors and groups.
 Excellent Knowledge of the Property Management System of the Resort.
 Communicate unusual occurrence and complaints to the Management of the Resort
 Have good training in up-selling skills and ability to promote resort attractions and activities.
 Trained to handle required emergency procedures and basic first aid in the case of emergency or guest illness.
 Be able to streamline and formulate Standard Operating Procedures of Guest Services and Concierge
 Follow up on task lists of keeping concierge information updated ensuring guest satisfaction is of paramount importance.
 Review and analyze customer service measurement survey results on a weekly basis and ensure corrective actions for any shortfall in service.
 Focus on driving, achieving and maintaining Departmental Objectives and Key Performance Indicators across the department whether through revenue, mystery shopper audits or guest satisfaction surveys (e.g. LQA or JD Powers)
 Be able to analyze information and evaluate results to choose best solutions and solve problems to guest satisfaction
 Be able to evaluate the schedule or timelines related to the completion of assignments, while maintaining service and/or product quality
 Be able Develop staff skills to enhance department effectiveness and manage resources to eliminate excess cost or unnecessary expenditures
 Assist the Director of Guest Services into driving and formulating strategies to maximize revenues of the Resort Activity Kiosks by implementing key actions and key training programs
 Setting the daily targets together with the Director of Guest Services for the different revenue outlets of the resort, be it Marine and Waterpark, Food & Beverage as well as SPA
 Assist the Director of Resort Operations for Rooms up-selling strategies including but not limited to training to increase up-sell conversions, analysis on market trends and segmentation together with TSA and Revenue department ensuring the daily and monthly targets or budgets are achieved.
