At Occidental Al Jaddaf, in Dubai, we are looking for our Executive Chef for our Spanish Restaurant, with expected opening in 2019.
The candidate must have at least previous experience as Sous Chef or as Restaurant manager.

We are looking for a dynamic person, motivated to grow in this international opportunity, with extensive knowledge of Spanish based cuisine, as well as being updated regarding market trends.
The concept of the Restaurant will be that of a grill, where the essence of the traditional Spanish Cuisine is mixed with the current creative cuisine, in a dynamic space where to offer the client a global experience.

Sobre ti

• Minimum 4 years well rounded experience in a hotel or restaurant required.
• Spanish Restaurant experience, with a mixture of Traditional Cuisine, with specialties in grill, and modern Spanish Cuisine.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Responsible & reliable with the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Languages: Spanish and fluent English. Knowledge of Arabic will be valued very positively
  • Idiomas requeridos: Inglés y Español. Arábica es un plus
